Connected Learning Space

The Connected Classroom facility enables our teacher education students and lectures to practice and experiment with technology that is presently available in schools, and to 'teach across distance'.

These Connected Classrooms are located on Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo and Wagga Wagga campuses. Each rooms consists of computerised interactive video teaching whiteboards, cameras, microphones and projectors, which simulate some present-day classrooms and those of the future.

These interactive whiteboards (IWB) incorporate Smart Notebook technology, wireless accessories, and are 'written' on using just a finger, or special electronic pen. Anything written on the interactive whiteboards can be easily and quickly saved to computers and distributed to individual students and whole classes.
