Dr. John Paul Healy is based at the Bathurst Campus on Wiradjuri Country. John has been with the University since 2008. Research interests include New Religious Movements (also known as Alternative religions or Cultic groups) Experiential Education and Qualitative Research Methodologies. John teaches Group Work Skills and Interpersonal Communication skills for counselling. John lives in the Blue Mountains, Katoomba on Gundungurra Country. Research methods for undergraduate and post graduate students Current Doctorate Students Research interests include Social Work Education, Ability, Aging, Qualitative Methodology and the Sociology of Religion.
