Jodie is an AASW accredited Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of social work experience in the areas of Mental Health (inpatient and community) and Counselling (Child & Family, Domestic & Family Violence, Adolescent AOD services). With a commitment to ongoing training and education Jodie has completed include a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (UNE) a Graduate Diploma of the Applications of Art & Play in Therapy (VETAB) and a Master of Social Work (Advanced practice) at Charles Sturt University. Jodie has most recently worked in private practice for over 10 years providing counselling services and clinical supervision (individual and group) for social workers and human services workers.

Jodie has specialist skills in providing counselling with children (4 to 12 years) and their families/carers using Art & Play therapy interventions. Jodie’s practice work is informed by Jungian analysis with a special interest in Myths, Fairytales and Archetypal Psychology.
