Abdul Hadi holds a Bachelors in Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of New South Wales and a Masters in Islamic Law and Legal Methodology (الماجستير في الفقه الحنفي وأصوله) from the World Islamic Sciences University in Jordan. He also studied in traditional settings, both onsite and online, with contemporary Islamic scholars including Sh Salah Abulhajj, Sh Abdul Moez Nafti, Sh Rajab Mutambay and Sh Ali Hani Al-Aqrabawi. Currently, he is a teacher of the Islamic sciences at Daar Ibn Abbas and ISRA, and a course director and lecturer of Arabic at CSU.

Abdul Hadi's teaching integrates formal academic study with traditional modes of learning, equipping students to engage directly with Arabic literature and primary Islamic sources. Through a structured progression from morphology and syntax to advanced textual analysis, his units aim to cultivate both technical precision and interpretive depth in the study of Arabic.
