Carol currently serves as the Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV) Lead at the Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC), where she provides operational oversight, team supervision, and direct case management support to women and children experiencing domestic and family violence.

Carol also contributes to higher education as an assistant Editor assisting with manuscript preparation, publication processes, and digital dissemination of peer-reviewed research.

Carol is also a research assistant and member of the Wellbeing and Mental Health Research Group.
