Antoni is an accomplished Technology Teacher with experience working in Public, Catholic, and independent schools across New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria. He is skilled in delivering Technology and STEM education, Classroom Management, Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development and Classroom Instruction. Antoni has also worked in educational leadership as Technology Head of Faculty and acting STEM Learning Specialist.

Antoni has extensive experience in the creation of Industrial Arts programs for Woodwork and Metalwork courses, including the management and assessment of senior students’ Design and Technology major projects. Antoni has worked to create STEM activities and programs at a whole school level for staff and students at stages 4 & 5. He has also worked closely with a Victorian Tech School to deliver contemporary STEM based education to High School students.

Antoni is currently working in the Key Learning Area of Technology and Applied Studies with a focus on Industrial Arts workshop skills and Design and Technology Curriculum.

Antoni is currently undertaking a Master of Education (Leadership and Management) with a research focus on increasing teacher capacity and the development of pedagogy in STEM education.
