Janine has vast teaching experiences in both the Primary and Tertiary sectors. She has over ten years’ experience teaching as a sessional staff member for Charles Sturt University (Dubbo campus), for the faculty of Arts & Education which involved a focus on Child Development and Early Childhood Education.

She also has over 10 years Teaching experience in NSW Public Schools. This employment was based around small, regional schools which sparked an enduring passion for rural education.

Most recently Janine has taken on the role of an Academic Program Support Officer for the Collaborative Teacher’s Aide Pathway and the Grow Your Own Teacher Training programs.
