Melinda McCrohon a specialist primary school Literacy educator who has spent the last 20 years in primary schools across China, England and in rural & remote Australia. She is passionate about providing quality reading and writing instruction incorporating digital literacies & differentiation in the early years. In her last teaching position, she worked as Literacy Instructional Leader across multiple sites in the Riverina, NSW.

Melinda holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary) UNE & Master of Education (Contemporary Literacies) CSU. She is also an Alumni of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation completing the flagship leadership program in 2022.

Melinda is currently lecturing at Wagga Wagga and Albury CSU Campuses.

Melinda is undertaking her PhD focusing on Literacy leadership.
