Worked in Catholic Education for over thirty years in a number of roles including teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal. Joined the CEO Head Office as a Teaching Educator/Additional Needs Specialist in 2009 managing Additional Needs diocesan wide. This included initiating, leading, and managing teams and projects to successfully develop strategic policy, guidelines and delivery implementation plans in the areas of diverse learners, students with a disability and student inclusion and wellbeing.

In 2012 - 2022 commenced the School Consultant role and Senior Leadership Team, working on compliance processes, supervising effective planning processes, building capacity of school leaders to lead a contemporary school, analysis of performance data and Human Resources. Mentoring and coaching of Education Services Education Officers, School Principals and executive members and Recent Graduate Teachers.

Currently working with CSU School of Medicine in the Rural Generalist Program as Campus Manager, Central West Campus - Parkes. Working as a University Liaison Officer with the School of Education.

Research and analysis of contemporary inclusive education processes.

Explored and researched evidence-based practices to deliver high quality instruction and achieve at least one year’s growth for every student in diocesan schools.
