Jeanette Mathews BAppSc (LI), BD (IBTS), MA (UCT), PhD (CSU) is Senior Lecturer in Biblical Studies and the Bachelor of Theology Course Advisor in the School of Theology of Charles Sturt University. She has been teaching Old Testament and Biblical Language subjects at St Mark's National Theological Centre in Canberra since 2006. She took on the role of Head of School from January 2022 to January 2024.

She is an ordained Baptist Minister and worked in churches in Victoria and the ACT from 1991 - 2007.
