The School staff and students organise and participate in industry and community engagement activity regularly.
These events bring together alumni, industry partners, students and staff for discussion, networking, and skill-building and help ensure that students in our programs graduate industry ready.
Such events include the ALIA (Australian Library and Information Association) National Conference, Explore day and Communication Industry Breakfasts, that bring together alumni and local industry experts with current students and staff in an informal environment. As well as Making it in Media, which allows high school students to meet current students and alumni such as newsreader Edwina Bartholomew.
