2MCE has volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds in our local community.
You can volunteer both on air and behind the scenes.
All volunteers will undertake a training and induction program that includes media law for community broadcasters, on air presentation, panel operation and workplace health and safety.

2MCE is committed to diversity and inclusion. We encourage volunteer applications from Indigenous Australians; people with a disability; women; people who identify as LGBTIQA+; and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
