Society, Human Rights, Social and Environment Justice

This stream centres on transformative approaches to social, gender, and environmental justice, combining various frameworks such as feminist perspectives with eco-social work to address structural inequalities and promote sustainable change.  Researchers undertake both conceptual and translational research activities to reduce equity barriers, and to influence, challenge, disrupt and positively impact on policy, culture, and practice.
