Members of the Environmental and Social Justice Research Group (ESJ) at Charles Sturt University are social researchers from a diverse range of academic, professional and research backgrounds.
We are passionate about working for social change, psychosocial wellbeing, community resilience and environmental justice.
We do this by
- Co-creating research in partnership with community members, government and non-government organisations, and other researchers
- Focusing on action-based outcomes and capacity-building
- Using innovative strengths-based, decolonising approaches, and
- Sharing our research to transform knowledge and practice.
