Research Groups

RRW includes four key sub-areas of research:

1. Communities and Wellbeing - exploring community resilience, social cohesion, and interfaith dialogue. and the role of religious traditions in strengthening community wellbeing (it also includes comparative theology).

2. Threats to Wellbeing, Causes and Responses targeting People of Religion - examining threats, damages, trauma, extremism, and spiritual abuse directed at people of religion or through the misuse of religious traditions.

3. Philosophy and Practice of Wellbeing - investigating ethical, philosophical, and theological dimensions contributing to the resilience and wellbeing of communities and the people of religion.

4. Faith in Action and Interfaith Dialogue Across Schools - focusing on youth resilience and the role of faith values and faith schools in fostering youth resilience, wellbeing and their contemporary challenges.
